Ramco Electric Motors manufactures rotor shafts from steel bar stock you specify. We have great equipment, experience, and inspection equipment which allows us to achieve and control very tight tolerances. Our turning centers feature automatic bar feed, live tooling, and sub-spindle capabilities, which allow us to "one-op" some shafts. Our live tooling includes threading, drilling, tapping, milling, keyways, knurling, and splining, helping to keep costs DOWN!

We can use have your special processes such as heat treating, passivation, friction weld, magnetic particle inspection,plating, etcetera, or we can use our network to perform these.

All rotor shafts are inspected by our FARO ARM Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), as well as other high quality gauging.
